Went to start and flipped main switch. Lights bells and whistles all came on but when start button pushed nothing happened. Have misplaced wiring schematic I had, so I removed start button and jumped across wires. Nothing happened. It does have voltage to one side when in neutral position. Check...
Is there a difference in duece wiper motors? I meant pressure instead of vaccum. I don't think there are any other motors available beside the elec conversion?
Shame on me for not testing it before installing. I did blow though all ports but after I installed it. I also oiled before I installed it a small amount and after I installed it, it was oiled again.
Only difference in motors are that one is older style (that works) I would like to know why the button sticks down and why they won't just reset like people say they do. There has to be a reason for the motor to not cycle.
Right side works great.Left (drivers side) is the one that will not cycle. Air switch is working great. As soon as air is turned on the wiper motor cycles to the right and stays. Can not cycle to left untill air is released from either removing air line or closing air switch.
Replace one motor witth one bought from Browns and this one fails to cycle also. Old one wouldn't cycle unless button was reset but was also broke so I purchased this newer style one.My old one was different under cap than this one. Took it apart and blew into all holes and cleaned it. Oiled it...
Splines on my vacuum wiper motor have failed. Also the plastic handle broke.Do they make any with metal handles. Used loctite and tighten nut tight last year but the spacer for the Anco wipers seemed to chew splines up. Any other repairs that work other than elec wipers.
With the 53's it looks great. Needs steering axle in rear to take care of any turning problems. I would also like to know the wheelbase. Would like to know how it handles on highway and what speed it likes to cruise at.
I know there has been many but I saw something that made me wonder. I need to flush my system and freshen it up. I thought about using standard over the counter flush chemical then saw that someone had used a mixture of CLR cleaner. This I thought sounded great as long as it was flushed out...
I am going to install mine inside today. the divertor box is what I am wondering about. i don't have a A3 box so mine enters from left side. Someone mentioned dissassembling it and flipping internals. i don't see how this is done?? Can it be done. Am I stupid or having brain fart?
Do not have invertor but do have 58 deciebel EU1000 honda generator. Have 3/4 inch pvc painted green that zip ties to truck in u shape so it cathes both rings for rear tires and same for frt. Have enough room when turning and with generator it looks good driving. haven't been stopped yet but...
