What ever happened with yours.
I put in new fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, injectors, and a new IP.
And i had the same thing as you, ran for 2 days and now wont start.
Cant figure it out.
My 60g's ran good at first, now after only 3 months they are toast.
Not swollen, just dont get hot.
It was rough idle yesterday and and then wouldnt start with no wait light coming on.
What does that indicate?
ETA; did a couple of tests from the sticky FAQ, its the controller card, not the glow...
Ok so your right again.
Pulled two glow plugs, put jumper cable on them from battery, they do not get hot.
Put meter on cable 12 volts, metal tab on glow plug 12 volts, but it does not get hot.
Also even new GPR-7 (BWD) is not working right. 12 volts at hot wire on top,
nothing on 2 small...
After taking a break from it and pondering for a minute i realized did not hear the "clunk"
from the GPR, put a meter on it and its got 12v from the battery on top but when the key is position
no juice to the glow plugs. Took GPR back under warranty, waiting for the new one to get here in an...
Well i guess i was premature in getting excited.
Truck wont start now.
Wait light does not come on either. It was working yesterday.
Another night buried in the TM i guess.
Ok so the arm on this new pump doesnt need to be attached at the bottom.
The IP is back in again.
The truck is running.... sort of.
I primed all the fuel lines with a siphon pump and a can of fuel before i put the IP back in.
Primed the filter again.
New IP back in.
4, 4 second cranks and the...
Ok so i took it back out for nothing.
It sucked and was disheartening but now
that ive done it so many times im good at it. lol.
When i took the original IP out it took me a whole day to take out and
a whole day to put the new one in.
Add another day to do the injectors.
This time it took me...
I got this beast in. It wasnt getting fuel to the injectors.
I looked down and noticed the rocker arm (not sure what its called) that is on the vacuum side was not attached at the bottom.
I swore my original was. But of course since i got the new one in and thought it was right, i have already...
Ian, I've got fuel all the way to the filter. And most likely after the filter.
I used a siphon pump on the in line at the fuel filter and pulled fuel to it.
The filter is full.
I pulled the out line on it and i can see fuel in the out line going to the pump.
I cracked all the injector lines and...
I've got fuel at the in line to fuel filter and the filter is full of fuel when i spin it off.
I cracked an injector line and no fuel there though, what am i missing?

Thanks for your help,

Yes, if it runs it will be great.
Got the IP out today, along with all the fuel lines.
Cleaned all the lines inside and out.
Painted the fuel lines with rust oleum.
Moved the fuel in line to the new pump and took off the vacume thing from the left side
of the old pump.
Stampy what is that...
Well i got everything off yesterday but the IP.
Noticed some of the fuel lines had fuel at the injectors and some didnt.
Dont know what that means.
Getting the IP out today and putting in the new one.
I unscrewed my fuel filter and fuel came out everywhere.
I have not checked for fuel at the injectors. Im so frustrated im not thinking right.
I didnt even think of that.
If I have no fuel at injectors then is it the IP?
