G/L has them from time to time, picked up 3 sets a few months ago. As far as the trailer "jumping" sounds like it has a worn shock, common problem.

when the engine reaches 225 it comes on, you will defiantly hear it. when driving you will also notice a power loss. I'm still no expert but it is pneumatically operated
this may sound stupid but pull a head light and see if you have voltage, the alternators go bad a lot and my have blown a bunch of light and never was fixed. A place to start at least, then work your way back.
