Welcome.
its a gray area that has started heated debates on here before. You're non-commercial. Not loaded. But you do meet the other requirements (air brakes and GVW capability).
My suggestions is cut your hair, shave, look presentable, don't drive like a jerk, eyes straight and keep going.
Btw, it cranks but won't start.
I don't have soldier B to do the crank while looking for a spark form coil wire and/or spark plug wires.
Gapped plugs at .030. Gapped points at .020 with cam on shoulder.
Having continuing issues.
Quite awhile back the jeep just wouldn't start. Messed around with the points, condenser, and spark plugs as for gapping and replacing.
I also found a blown head gasket after I'd been messing around.
I've replaced the head gasket. Today I tried to start it...
That's Nurnberg!!! I've been there and the platz is still there, albeit without the Nazi swastika. Here's where they blew it off.

Good for your grandfather!!
I went and looked at the various webpages that...
Now that things have calmed down some, I wanted to my thanks to some folks that really helped me out with various things at the rally. For some the efforts were of a classified and/or vastly widespread nature that I couldn't cover everything they did.
Clint, Gimp, Dave, Kenny, Drew, Drew...
Saw this on a site reference removing rust from tow chains and tools and the folks on there swear by it. It wasn't real clear about how much to mix with what amounts.
Anyone do this?
One thing that wasn't covered on the other site was preservation of the cleaned item. There was also info...
Will let you know. I haven't start that dreaded part of the inventory yet. I was thinking of opting for a tooth extraction without any pain meds rather than deal with that.
No pics because my kid max'd out the data on the wireless for the month.
I made huge progress on the inventory over the last few days. Found a few issues that need corrected which almost exclusively consisted of individual components of the wrong manufacturer. I also figured some sets...
Trailers have their own "Hood Number" (I hate that term). It's a registration number and the trailer has it's own registration number that is probably on the data plate.
The bumper number is the same as the towing vehicles bumper number with a T after it.
Only exception is in certain units...
Naw, it's part of the overall set but it just happened to get thrown in with the screwdrivers in the same ammo can for dry, clean, protected storage. There's also a couple screw starters, a hex bit set, and a couple of individual screwdrivers that are part of the Common.
Only part of the wrenches for the Common 1.
The blue one is a metric SK set last 4 is 0010.
The black with the double open end is SAE with last 4 of 6504. There are two sets of these and they would be either Sears or Craftsman. Both of my sets are Craftsman but I have one 9/16 x 5/8 that is...
Sometimes the autocorrect or the fingers do hit the wrong button. Sometimes I just can't see on the handheld. The N is right next to the B so I would thing the average person would figure it out as axle nut versus axle but. I guess some folks are just below average. With that taken into...
Guess you shot yourself in the mouth (or fingers) on that one. Twernt that stoopid of ya.
Oh (comma) as you exit (comma) I enjoy knowing that I can perform the task as outlined in the technical manual for properly adjusting hubs and greasing bearings. Technical manuals are written on a 6th...
