I don't think it works like that. The dolly type was obviously based on MTOE authorization to the unit and that was based on the Form, Fit, Function and Weight of the item to be carried in a specific shelter. Isn't the M720 rated for 3tons or something like that??? So a lot of these were used...

Matt, I think I've seen it listed by NSN on egay. If you check the appendix of the TM -34P (the parts manual) it'll have the specialty tools listed in there and the NSN. It's been awhile back but I researched this for potentially buying one.
