I can program ctis. You can send it to me I can see what it does. Usually 5 lights is over voltage bricked from dead batts jump starting. That kills wtec3 tcms also. Which I can program too.
The guy that sold me the locker said to scribe mark everything before taking apart to install the locker and then put it all back together using the marks. I didn’t personally do it I had a local driveline shop do it but it came out fine that way.
The connectors can slip out of the back of the trans control when you are putting it back in. There are tabs that lock the two of them in place sometimes they break off or just dont lock in all the way.
The trans uses a speed sensor on the side of the bellhousing by the scav pump for input speed. There is a key shaped sensor in the transfer case for output and a throttle position sensor on the motor. If you have ruled everything else out I would take out the trans control they come out a sone...

Thats the upper triangle that mounts to the middle axle. I believe it should be bolted down there shouldnt be threads exposed like that. I can take a pic of one when I get to work.
Hi anyone ever separated the trans/transfer. I looked in the manuals and removed the bolts between the two. The transfer case is on there pretty good. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks
