The surepowers divide. Your output will be half your input. I believe you can run it equalizing. Keep your 12v off the battery location and switch the converter 12v out to the batteries.
It will work fine. I have 100a surepowers in the classifieds that will do the trick. You would need to install a contactor relay to disconnect the 12v converter output when the truck is off.
When you start the truck, hwy should flash until there is around 100psi in the tanks. At which time a pressure switch closes and the system should do an initial pressure test and decide if it should fill, dump or do nothing. If the hwy light only flashes onces when you start the truck and no...
Does your generator have a mag pickup on the flywheel? You can bench test an actuator I use a variable power supply. Usually around 5 volts they start to move. Some of the controllers won’t open the solenoid until they sense a certain engine cranking rpm. If the gen wouldn’t start and someone...
I dont have one on hand right now but its a standard 2 wire isuzu actuator. You can call drash and get the manual. Just need the serial number. Drash is good with support but they dont want manuals posted to open forum.
The line from the fuel tank to the primer pump is a common culprit. Parker shop can make one. The hand primers also get dry inside and crack and suck in air.
There are allison pinouts online. Have you by chance opened up th vim module there are relays and 2 fuses in there. It’s behind the passenger kick panel.
What do they measure at the batteries? Its either connections or bad batts or the polarity box under the spare tire. You can meassure voltage in and out of the polarity box to see if its bad. You should only see around 1/3 volt drop thru it.
Maybe a ground issue. Run a wire from the pdp ground lug to the negative on the batteries. The main grounds meet at the starter I believe. They can loosen up. You can also get corrosion on the panel contacts. Sometimes taking relays and breakers in and out can clear up contact issues. There is a...
I have the second gen heads that go in the cab. They are a bit larger than the stock heater box and I believe you have to run a 12v power lead to it also.
