I just got off the phone with CSM army tires, they have lots of stock options but older date codes. Does that really matter tho? If they were mounted on a truck maybe, but NOS and stored in a warehouse??
I search the forums and surprisingly didn’t find much discussion on aftermarket tires.
I’d love some input on brands, tread wear, weight ratings, on/off road performance etc.
I am looking for a 38-40” tire. Preferably something with a higher load rating and something that will wear like...
Thanks for the great picture.
so off road, if a wheel were to bottom out the suspension, do you think it would hit the fender? There’s a lot more clearance with the tires inside completely .
But what about backspacing?
Kinda looks like an mrap wheel with an adapter plate, especially with the center cap removed.
PS: how do you like those tires?
Figured I’d share these, they are 17x9, and have a +20 offset which is one of the largest I’ve seen. H2 wheels are 17x8.5 are +18. I only mention that because they keep the whole tire inside the fender.
They don’t mention a weight rating but if they work on a big dodge 3500…
I hope I’m not...
