Are you talking about the MG3 ring? If so, I'm working on a Pintel for a 1919 by modifying the existing Pintel that came with the ring.

I'm good with a drive in and meet. There are several weekly meets and greets in my area. Winters car show and Vacaville has a couple weekly car shows and coffee meets and greets.

That's exactly what I would recommend. I've done mine in mat black grill paint with no issues and several long trips.

My understanding is the drying time is pretty quick but the curing time can be 30+ days. I think you'll be fine putting it outside. It'll probably cure quicker in the sun.

Tracer, I did make it to Camp Delta but did not bring the wrecker...she's not done yet... I did add the yellow and black stripes this weekend. Stars and hood markings and she's done, done, done.

You need to tighten the bearing down until it drags, then back off 1/4 turn.
