@Jeff MD Wait, so you actually got a delegate to speak to the MVA and the MSP about this? That's fantastic.
Delegate Hornberger was definitely pissed when I showed him the original memo but he seemed intent on pushing forward with his bill rather than telling MSP to knock it off with the bogus...
This is exactly what I wanted to happen. How in the world did you convince them? I never called them directly because I was certain that they'd blow me off.
Russ, I think the forum software is playing tricks on you. When I click the link for the thread I posted and scroll up, it says it's the 5-ton thread. Those are parts that I put on my 5-ton. I have not put them on my HMMWV.

He'll find and ship all your pioneer parts.
I was thinking "LED headlights? This guy's priorities are messed up." Now I understand, you're making it safe and road legal to get it to the body/paint shop.
Once again, we've been cheated out of actual snow. We got an inch and now it's freezing rain which will last all day. I fully expect power outages.
I've moved all of my vehicles out from underneath our trees.
The factory connectors are referred to as Packard connectors or shell connectors.
I recently saw a post somewhere...I think it was on the 5-ton Facebook page(?) where someone showed a military headlight fixture that used replaceable H4 bulbs. These could be used in any HMMWV, M809, 939, M44...
