Generally federal courts rulings only apply to the district it is filed in unless it involves more court districts or a ppeals court rules different .

I'm in mid michigan near the Saginaw Bay . But there are a lot that are not driven year round . People may be asking 20K on ebay ,
but I doubt that very few actually sell for that even if they show sold .
I just thought I would throw this out in this thread ( it really doesn't matter at this point since michigan don't allow HMMWV's)
but michigan has a 2 inch max body lift law . I'm sure that other states have similar laws , so this should be factored in what your state law is
and stay within it...
It was a Long time ago you bought anything , when I bought my deuce from GL in 2009 ( out of Selfridge AFB ) it was $60 for the SF-97 and you had to pick up the truck before you order the SF-97.
The ones on the truck are probably factory u-joints and injected plastic holds them in , the replacements use the clips to hold them .
You know save a penny during production using plastic. Should be covered in the TM.

I think everyone should realize there has been scammers on this site as long as it has been around , Darrel Braun , Indyfab4x4 come to mind , it's just they were weeded out much faster and technology wasn't as good in aiding them when there was 10,000 members compared to 100,000 now . Anything...
The biggest issue with just swapping the pads is you are putting new pads on heat glazed rotors witch will glaze the new pads . You really have to clean them up
and make sure there are no ultra fine heat cracks or warpage .

Is this for a shortened M35 bed ? If so it's probably a very limited market since most people
use M105 beds and racks & troop seats are readily available for them .
