If you are worried about the compressor and humidity, I would opt for the airless sprayer. You can also cut the Rapco 383 down with xylene.
4 parts paint to one part xylene. 2 gallons did my M35A2.
I did my M35 with Rapco 383 ( 2 gallons ). I also cut it with xylene. 4 part paint to one part xylene. I also used the cheapo harbor freight paint gun kit. Hvlp.
I replaced my compressor belt with regular tools. (Pipe wrench and a large set of "channel lock" pliers) It was a bit awkward but soaked in blaster helped.
Hopefully you've loosened and moved the radiator. That'll help with work space and not having to get a radiator repair.
Removed the injector to check the brass tip, it wasn't loose, but it wasn't all that tight either. So I tightened down. I couldn't get the plug with the o-ring apart. (2nd attempt). I put it all back together with a new snap ring.At the very least, it doesn't leak fuel down on the turbo.
I couldn't get my injector apart to change the o-ring without totally destroying it, so I rerouted the fuel supply lines and capped the injector. Then put it back in it's place. No more fuel leaking on the turbo anymore! I still inspect it to make sure though. (Pre-Trip-Post-Trip).
