Just got done installing a military air ride seat I got from 91w350 (Glen)on Saturday, was easier to install than I thought it would be, had it on in a couple hours.

I striped mine out when taking it out as well, just weld a nut on to the plug and take it out with a ratchet the heat of the weld also helps it loosen up, mine came right out.

They are cable driven but there is a pass through transducer that mounts kind of between the compressor and IP pump, It sends tach info to the STE/ICE port.

Glen, Do you have any 900series electric tach sending units? Didn't know if you had any you had pulled, ones I had seen last time I was there were mostly on MC trucks, didn't know if there were still any there that might have one. Thanks RK

I have the plain 10w and mine shifts just fine, I don't think the oil is the problem in your case.

Do I leave the little hook things that curl around the bottom of the roller? I'm pretty sure they use the same mounting holes.

All of the bearings turn freely and I put fresh grease in them and there is a grease fitting under the trolly. I just found a tensioner and ordered it, see if it will start working once I get it installed.
