The thing leaking is part of your air dryer system. Search term, Expello valve. Air driers need to be serviced (every 6 months). I'd bet you have never touched it. Take time to download the free Technical Manuals and read them. They will help you understand how to use your truck safely...

TM 9-2320-366-24P-1 has the diagram and part number for the front shoe. Oshkosh Equipment says they have it in stock. I'd simply get yours relined. (just the one that's broken). Should be less than $50. I edited your thread title too.

Been covered before. You can't use led lights in the alternator lights. iirc, some don't work with the dimmer either. Search for more info.

Perhaps PM him and ask him to look at this thread and he may have more to offer. I'm thinking your controller card is bad from the way you used to "jump it" to the 24V +, to the blue wire(ground).

I guess test the temp sensor next. There is no way to test the GP controller card(ourselves). Member Antennaclimber can test them, I think. He also makes new cards and sells them on the site in the classifieds.

Pull your controller card and visually inspect it for anything that looks "bad".
