I can assure you there are no fake bids... this guy was offered an out the day before the auction and chose not to take it. Then defaulted which cost him a pretty penny. At that point we offer to the next few bidders.

It doesn't mean they just sent it. When they send it goes into a stack. When its pulled from that stack and entered into the TSC database for approval it goes into that status.
