    M1123 not running smooth starve to fuel.

    A lot of reasons here. It is possible your lift pump has failed. It is possible to check valves are giving you trouble. If the problem goes away when you have a full tank of fuel, it is most likely the lift pump.

    Traditional HMMWV mirrors suck. Hard to adjust passenger side without assistant. Big. Blocky. Shaky. essentially they are the same mirrors on 1960’s school buses. It’s not about looks, it is about function. Any modern retractable mirror is an improvement IMHO.

    Doubt I would ever buy MRE, but I do camp with dried foods requiring hot water. I used the term MRE loosely. My apologies.

    If you are grounding to the body or frame that might be why.

    Why use a power inverter? If you have a four speed transmission you can use the 12 V circuit to power everything. Seems like the issue might be the inverter??? If the bulbs are 12/24, then you might not even need the inverter.

    You have a second battery system or a capacitor or some type of hidden battery connection somewhere. Look to see if the prior sirens and lights had a battery system

    Might want to pre-drill and then plug the crossover for future water water/methanol injection and turbo boost pressure gauge. That is before you reinsert it.

    Each cylinder will have a piston at a different position creating a different volume. Just fill each one with as much as it accepts.

    Remove all the glow plugs or fuel injectors. Pour in “Marvel Mystery Oil” through each open plug and leave for 48 hours. Then try to spin the engine with the plugs/injectors still out.
