So new update fuel flow is about a pint for ten seconds and pressure of nine pounds on the output of the filter.

I might be missing something here if the sock was clogged I wouldnt get fuel flow correct and or fuel pressure. Visual inspection of the fuel looks good dont see any particles, cloudiness or water in it, i put the fuel that I dropped out of the drain inside for a couple hours.

It has fuel did a flow and pressure test to the input of the fuel filter, fuel filter was changed will do a flow and pressure test on the output of the fuel filter housing i need to get a hose barb for 1/4 inch line.

I will see if I can check pressure on the output of the fuel filter.

Pressure is at 9 lbs seems a little high put there is pressure. Any other ideas man I hope its not the IP.

Also when the engine is warm it will cycle the glow plugs it has done that since i got it thought it was suppose to do that but I found out its not.

If I was the only driver I would remove controller install push button with a analog volt meter that is hooked to the output of the glow plug relay. This way I can monitor the voltage going to the glow plugs.

So in this whole process of troubleshooting it looks like I dont have after glow anymore also. So I need to see if my glow plug temp switch is working actually its not really a switch is it more of a variable resistor. It use to work so not sure if the only thing wrong is the resistor.
