I hinged the large platform to lift up and latch to reach the GP small tent and equipment. The small upper shelf hinges down and holds mostly bedding. I sleep on the large rack my 12 year old sleeps on the floor and my 6 year old sleeps on the top bunk. The large wood ammo box is for...

Yes to Sky line drive and last weekend we were at Fentress Airfield. Next month we camp up at Staunton and are hiking Old Rag. That will be my longest trip to date in the 1009.

This was a Council Camporee so all the troops from our area were there. My MV was a big hit with the Scouts and the adults. Living in southeastern VA I was not surprised to her "I got one to" or mine is a duce etc... Lots of fun! 85 M1009 M101a1

I picked up a M101 today in Richmond and used a $5.00 permit to get it home. I would be interested in hearing the VDOT response to your question. Seems like alot of hassle for a trailer. I will say the trailer is immaculate with 3 brand new tires, new canvas and paint (and some other goodies...

I got a call informing me I can go pick up my trailer (3 months to the day). They said they would go and look at the trailer to see if it was still up off the rims but to bring a air tank and tools. I plan to pick mine up with my M1009, but will take bulbs magnetic light kit and tools. 85'...

Finished my 4" lift and got my 35x12.5x15 MTR's on yesterday. Doghead starter relay in last friday. I like the ride so far but the looks of the big tires will take some getting use to. I will try to get some pics on today. 1985 M1009 M101a2
