Serial number will tell you what you have too. If you have a NP205 transfer case (SRW) you have an M1028a1 or M1031
Dually with np208 is an m1028a3, np205 dually is an m1028a2
If you have helper springs (SRW) and an Np208 you have an m1028
No helpers and an np208 makes it an M1008 or...
I bought an M1028a2 years back that actually had 54 , yes, only 54 miles on it. Unfortunately it had been used as a parts truck. Currently have an m1031 with only 2600 miles on it that spent the last 16 years at a Prison as a plow truck. So anything is possible.
Picked this up with a bunch of other CUCV and CUCV II paper yesterday at Aberdeen. I've had these for civilian vehicles but first time for a CUCV.
