Did some more work on it today

So today i starter removing some of the parts to get ready to strech frame will continue next still weak..

Ok Boys an Girls was hopping to bigging doing this feeling good but iam just getting out of INFLUENZA -A that pick it up from work free of charge off course but it beggings. I pivk up a Meritor 20k front axle with bendix air disc brakes so took it apart to put new seals and bearings.

I being tuning gas and diesels engines and transmission for over 20 years i have softwear to tune allison transmission and it has good diagnostics with data log plus i also have allison softwear but ists almost plug and play i done several convertimos from 13 and 18 speed to allison 4500 ...

Replace the budd wheel studs for metric ones and put my take off from my peterbill 425/65/22.5 for now looks ..

Got some water in the front unit at least will check the other rear also planning to switch to hubb sentric hubbs even do 3 of the 4 got the veins will see but in the near future.

All together , finish programing all shift points up and down and also added a second sifting program on the mode button for when loaded and will adjust as needed , for now going to deal with a hubb seal, more to follow...

Drive shaft in in just a quick video 1-3 gear and reverse on stands. Need to lower idle and will continiue on the speedo, maybe sunday will drive it down the road , o yes also need to top off transmission with fluid so far 13 gallons $$$$..

Finally got the drive shaft, hopping to install it tomorrow and run it thought the gears

Yes 5 spd and i do have the shifter, this is a lot of work but works good , i done 2 other trucks with big Cats one peterbill and a Autocar
