You're looking for a Dana/Eaton CTIS Single Channel Pneumatic Control Unit (PCU) - we may have one - PM me tomorrow and I'll check. I can't tell from pix - you may also be missing the CTIS control cable - post a pic of any disconnected cable ends that are in that area.
Gents-
Please don't kill any little trees! Haha
I can tell you definitively that the 6x6 rear axle has no power to it unless the transmission is shifted into MODE. The "best" placement for a locker is purely based on owner preference. We put the Acela Monterra lockers in the rear axle so...
We replace 6TL's with 8D's on all of our Acela Monterras...very nice upgrade...if ever an issue, 8D's are available anywhere. Is your build on an FMTV or an SD Brazos?
Air lockers are designed and ready for our [very large $$] Purchase Order. While it may have been a valiant effort by another, we're not going to ask people to pay up front to get them built. As soon as we are able to determine market size and set the capital aside we'll bring them to...

Thank you!
Nice work! We have discussed offering a replacement instrument panel for A1's but it is quite involved...and we're not really sure if we can offer without a LOT of hands on support.
And...it would cost several thousand dollars so not sure of the market size.
A0's have a mechanical engine so...
We have a "plug and play" replacement headlight switch kit that we're introducing in the next week or so or the FMTV.
The headlight switch is quick and easy to install and plugs directly into the OEM amphenol Master Vehicle Light Switch (MVLS) connector, and requires a single 12VDC connection...
