It all depends on the answer to these questions, if its all good, then I would pay at least $4000 but thats just me.

I fixed by primer pump. Easiest and quickest fix I have ever done on any MV that I have owned.
Bought two O-rings at Lowes, removed the pump, cut the old rings off and put the new ones on.
Saves me $$ in the diesel that always drips when priming.
