Our Lady of the Rockies
Here is an example of heavy lift that I always liked. A Nevada Air National Guard Chopper that helped build "Our Lady of the Rockies" statue in Butte Montana back in 1985. The statue was lifted in 4 pieces to the top of the ridge East of Butte. On one of the lifts the...
m714ke. I met you in March in College Station but didn't have my MV. I have an M923A2 now but I have moved it to Montana and I am in wk 2 of a 5 wk hitch in Angola so I won't be able to make it this time,
Is there any way the a/c box could go on the backside of the cab and extend into the cab through the back window so the vents are the only thing inside? Over the spare and between the davit and the cab?
It is a non covered slot. I put a tarp over my soft top to keep the sun off. I also have locking door handles and pad locks on all my tool boxes. I never had any problems.
Which side of Houston are you on? I live in the Spring area and found a storage facility on I45 that charged $60/mo for a space. The manager did not mind me wrenching on it there either. It is easy to get in and out of for a big truck.

The truck left today and will be in Missoula, MT in 3 days. The driver has a M931 so he knows how to drive it and can unload with some help from Soldier B.
Shipped my truck to Montana
I loaded up my truck on another truck and shipped it 2,000 miles from Houston, TX to Missoula, MT. I had to take off the top of the exhaust stack and the spare tire davit and set the CTIS to sand in order to get under the 13' 6" height limit.
I will be...
Incredible Job!!! I have to say that it is entirely unfair that you have or have access to all those tools and more importantly, have the skills and ability to use them and I do not.
I bought a used treadle valve off another member and installed it and then took the opportunity to take the original treadle valve apart just to see how it works. It is definitely rebuildable. Look at TM 9-2320-272-24-3 chapter 4 -108. The rebuild kit identified there is NSN 2530-01-134-1834...
