Nice pics, we took a couple of Deuce's for a spin today, but the scenery was nothing like that. I need to get back up and visit that area again. We used to camp there fairly often.

How did you mount it with magnets? I would like to keep from drilling extra holes myself.

Mine taken directly off of the plate on the dash is 17 digits. That's what the cops sent out to verify mine copied down. I wasn't trying to get a title though.

Why is you vin less than 17 digits? I have a 69 also and my vin is 17 digits long.

I don't think there is a spring in the 400. I'm not 100% sure though. When you go back to the trans parts guys they can tell you for sure.
