I tried to install a step down converter and it did not work. The step down converter actually fried my little 400w inverter. Chinese junk off of Amazon can be so frustrating sometimes and other times they work time a charm. I think I’m just going to forgo it.
Got it installed, the vent line capped off, and the line tucked out of the way. Works great. Definitely glad I did the upgrade. Especially with how inexpensive it was.
now I need to find front marker light covers, or just switch to LEDs because I had the covers on the front bumper (because I...
Those are so MUCH more detailed than the ones I got from the seller I bought from. I see where it mentions the splash plate but I don’t see what they’re talking about on my truck. Thank you.
I didn’t want to put another hole in the floor and the metal in the inspection door is replaceable. I could make one of those doors out of sheetmetal from Lowes. I tested it and it’s far enough back I don’t even notice it there, but since you said that I may get an elbow and make it so it...

Does that metal line that connects to the brass fitting on top of the cylinder act as a vent line? If so the kit came with a barb fitting for the brake line hose to...
I really like the bed. I wish the brackets that held the troop seats up would stay in place though. They keep sliding off in transit.

The last time I drove a deuce much less PMCS’d one was in 1998. After that I was a 1SG driver and a CSM driver and was in a hwmmv most of the time. I’m not surprised I either completely forgot about that, or never even knew.

i suck as an electrician so I have a question after a short cursory search. I have a small 400W inverter I’d like to wire to the batteries, and I’d like to put it in. Thing is I’ve done it on a 12 volt system (easy) and not a 24 volt system. Is this something I can do?
