Yep, I have a new window and a bunch of door stuff coming. Door/window repair has just moved to the top of the list. Then reseal the top/cap… a little under hood stuff, interior stuff and at some point I’ll spray a little paint. Everyday an adventure.
No, door has sagging hindges of doom and no window channel. I’ve been closing it the same way - less mad, more should have known better… not sure if the temperature had anything to do with it.
55° in central Texas this AM. Truck started as expected, little smoke without advance/high idle, but started right up. Planning temp sensors, temp gauge, all the fun stuff.
Slammed the door as usual… and, bamm! I’m in door resto-mode.
I have both sensors either in-hand or in-coming. I’m guessing this picture (back right/side head) is the sensor/plug for the cold start/ high idle. The plug looks like it’s seen better days… possible the reason for the incorrect function of the cold start/ high idle system…

I found -what I think/thought- was the glow plug sensor and the oil pressure idiot light [picture], on the back left (driver’s side). I was going to hook-up my oil pressure gauge here. Plan on searching for the sensor (again, idiot light - this one for water temp) on the front also left head.
