I had it happen to a 1943 ford of mine I parked the Jeep had parked it and left the ignition switched on. I went to pick up another vehicle and whilst away the coil blew. The guys keeping an eye on the vehicles thought that it was a joke I had set up:) a loud bang and loads of smoke!
Had to paint a A1 today and fit a wading kit for a friend a couple of pictures for you also painted my trailer with a coat of green whilst i had the green in the gun. just some decals to add
I have had my one here in the UK for 10 years or so. It came out of a base in Germany.
It had the standard m2 burners that I converted to LPG( which works very well and still does to this day. The best thing I ever did was stop using the ovens and fitted British army ovens that you just drop...
Nice to see you today just got in after a 13 hour day up the farm. the 110 is now in desert sand so coming along a treat.
will post a couple of pictures when I take them in the morning.
Now that the Mutt is registered for the road in the UK I took her out for a spin. It was -1C a cold but fun run out. Popped into the farm for a quick offroad play.
First time out with with M416 behind and it towed a treat:D
There have been a few sold over in that condition. A few will also be coming out soon as well.
You have got a very nice one that looks to have just been gone through at ABRO Bovvy. Brother in law may even have worked on it:?:
