Ok, I just started it up it idled for about 5 min at 1300 rpm, I cant get it to idle lower, if I snap the gas peddle it just keeps climbing up and I have to kill the motor to keep it from red lining
Ok sprayed starting fluid and it fired off, ya!, had a high idle then gave little gas and the idle went high, where can I adjust the idle? Is it on the lever under the gas shut off rod?
Ok I pulled the fuel shut off cover the arm look to be in the wrong spot put a little oil on it oil on it and moved it back and forth, it looks like it sits in the 6 o'clock possistion and then 4 o'clock when pulled off and it will now spring back to 6, I pulled off one injector line an cranked...
Been working on this all day, I replaced my motor today got in , and went to bleed the fuel lines to start it, I got fuel up to the HH to check that I pulled the bolt in the middle of the 6 injector on top of the hydraulic head turned on fuel pump good there, then cracked loose the injector...
I pulled the line after the 2 filters that goes in to the injector pump and gas flowers great out of it, then I pulled a line off the injector and cranked and no gas came out, then pulled one line off th hh and no gas came out when cranking the motor
Yes it dose, and the truck runs off starting fluid ,can that injector pump be rebuilt? Or is there something I can do with it in the truck to get it pumping agin?
It has gas through the filter and its a nice stream, but no fuel at the injector, theres a box next to the frame rail with 6 gas lines going from it to the injectors, the gas is not making it out on that box, it says Bosch on it

JB weld won't do good I've been there and done that, it's a quick fix to get you by for a weekend, there's a place called aluminum brazing company, they make a basic rod you can do in your car, drain your coolant clean with water and wire brush, all you need is a map gas torch you can get at...
