i used the hilift jach to shove it down. after 3 hours i quit. next day we started swinging the duckbill again. finally got it. we used soap and water both days. maybe i have the wrong tools?
i have A kentool tyre tool, and a duckbill mallet. while under severe exhaustion i decided ill buy better or correct tools.
what tools do i need?
what do yall use? i see there are ken tools for firestone rims (arent deuce rims firestone?)

id like to add, my in tank pump went out. i bought a civilian stewart warner 24v pump, and after replacing it with a nos intank pump, the truck definitly starts and runs better.
ok..... it was 97 degrees, NO shade. i never took the pics of the crossmember. josh and i had to jerk the old bed off by unbolting it, and tying it to an oak and driving it off. we then had to change the rear crossmember to towbar a cucv 160 miles one way! as well as get the NEW dropside bed...
yes. i removed and replaced mine last week. you dont have to change the V piece if you dont want to. i didnt. mine was bent from tying off to an oak and tripple snatch block pulling a 36000gvw cherry picker buried to the outriggers. the ass that tied me off wrapped the crossmember after...
