I think the Maxxpro would be the easiest, due to it using many off the shelf International parts for the Workstar line. If you don't already have the chassis, you could pick up a International garbage or dump truck and convert it.

From discussions with several departments, the Caimans are having their hulls pulled, and remounted on the latest chassis. This is being done by BAE (formerly S&S) in Sealy, TX. That's why they have independent suspensions, because that was the last revision.

I found this little 4x8 trailer for sale. It has an OD heavy rubberized pouch inside the tool box that is labeled for engine records. It is equipped with a hand brake and a pintle hitch. If I had to guess, maybe for some type of flight line support.
