Yes indeed, pictures are next best to physical inspection which is not allowed in most cases.
Check and read every pictures in every corner and every square inch that shows. And review all pictures as many times as you may find your time. Read TMs listed in SS.
Hello,
I am waiting for EUC to clear for my M998 located somewhere in Hopkinsville, KY. My plan is, upon EUC approval(hope soon) tow it four wheel down for 654 miles to home.
According to the inspection report, a tire has "low air". Indeed the left front tire is down to ground, on the picture...
Sergeant Major,
That is an excellent job, congratulations for the great restoration.
By the way, Lumberton is a good place to live and raise children. I used to travel a lot around there, town of Laurinburg, when I was active.

One of the Humvees to be auctioned , the Inspection Report states tire is "Low Air". The driver side front tire is half way down to the ground.

Your thoughts please.
Thanks
No it is 5/8".
From your comment, I am assuming the front air lift shackle pin diameter is 3/4". How about the brush guard hinge pin diameter? Are they also 3/4" ?
Thank you for your comments.

I am considering to tow a M998 behind a 40 ft motorhome during my recovery. I have a 10,000. pound rated "Blue Ox" tow bar on the motorhome which usually I tow my car with.
My question is; Is that doable? Has any one towed a M998 using a "Blue Ox" tow bar? What are your suggestions?
Thank you...
