I have to give my 2 cents worth. The best switches I have ever used are from kissling - type 08. You pay for it, but I think you would be hard pressed to find any better.

The folks at aircraft dynamics are nice to deal with. Give em a call - they should be able to get you the stuff to get your impact tool going again.
