Got the horn working! Interesting mechanism, much like a brushed motor with how it maintains contact through rotation. Just needed a few screws and some corrosion prevention on the contacts.

I was reading the mtvr manual and it stated the mode button didn't change anything on mk23 variants. I think it had a function on ones with a PTO however? Maybe that changed later?
