At work we mount plow guides on a 45 degree angle on our compressors so they can be seen in the mirrors when being towed by our box trucks. Saves on alot of carnage when backing up. Still not fun to back up but at least you know when your getting out of shape before you hear crunch!2cents
I just fixed that problem on my deuce and it was the wires going into the turn signal indicator. A couple frayed wires. Cut in some new wires and it works perfect now. Good luck and welcome to the madness.

I had intermiiten problems with my blinkers and it was the connection of the rear wiring harness to the front harness. It s located on the frame rail between the rear of the cab and the front of the bed. Took a little while to figure that one out so its worth a shot.
