It is a M871 trailer.....22 1/2 ton rated.......30 feet long.
Here is the TM ----> http://www.combatindex.com/store/tech_man/Sample/Trailers/2/TM_9-2330-358-14_P.pdf
It is an M871 trailer.
FYI --- One of the tires is flat, but you do have a spare that is holding air.
I had to leave my house so I wouldnt buy that trailer. You got a GREAT deal on it!
I highly doubt that it is legal to put anything on a trailer that would have a 10ft overhang..... 2cents
I cant imagine that they ever would have been mass produced if they would cave in. I am sure some of the strength would be lost if the glass was removed.....but everyone inside would probably walk away from a rollover in the woods.
It just seems like the cheapest & simplest way to do what you...
That is a budcap. It is the "inner lug".
What you need is a 13/16 SQUARE Socket.
They cost about $10-$15 @ NAPA.

HAHAHAHAHA
I wouldnt say anything is wrong.....but I do know Grounded drives about 3,000 miles per week just to pick up random stuff! I hate driving 15 miles to the truck shop! ;)

What was the sale/lot #?
You willl need to call & call & call the site manager to see if they will put it in my triwall. They SUCK at answering the phone in OKC.
Did it list dimensions?
HAHAHAHAHA ;)
See! I found all this out from someone much wiser than me!
Don....I didnt think you ever drove that truck. I thought it was your parking lot ornament!
Those are the same tires I have here that are going on my M813 & M818 this week.
They will NOT fit under a deuce without lifting the bed!
Also....you will have to take off in low range 2nd gear, or you will not move. Air-assist is a must also.
Personally, I would sell them to a 5 ton...

I am having a triwall of stuff shipped from OKC to VA. If you want, you can have them put it in my triwall & I will keep it here for you until you can arrange other shipping.
PM me! They are picking up the load soon.
How much does that monster weigh? ;)
I drove 2 of my M818s back from NY.....500 miles each & got 10MPG! So....if an axle & THOUSANDS of pounds of weight was removed....it would push the mileage into the low teens I would think. (Larger tires would help even more).

Anyone here that likes a deuce better has never driven a 5ton. If they do, they wont like deuces anymore.

Bobbed 5 tons look better, drive better, have more power & will sink in the mud twice as easy! ;) haha
