The springs on a 1 ton are closer to the frame for this very reason.
The inner dual on a cc axle is very close to the ubolts on the springs.
Look at Recovery4x4 threads, He has put a cc 14 bolt under his m1031 (secm).
Ok that's not a NORMAL 6.2, next your gonna say it's got POWER LOL
How about more details on motor & trans going into the truck.
What year ?
What electronics, tuning ?
Thanks
If your vent tube is clogged up, the trans will build pressure from heat & fluid come out the dipstick tube.
That is why gm went to the newer dipsticks (rubber seal with flip over lever).
My dad sat & watched his new truck (84-85) burn when trans got hot & puked fluid all over the converter...
Swapped tires between my 2 trucks.
1 truck the ctis works when ever it wants to.
No warning signs acts normal but will not inflate the 4 rear tires.
About ready to yank it all out & cap the axles.
Check out jagsthatrun.
There are a couple companies that can machine the tail housing on the 205 for the tone ring & sensor or if your lucky enough to find a 91 np205.
It can be done a number of different ways,
I used a 2wd trans, cut a small amount off the output shaft, machined the groove in a figure 8 adapter,
also had to clearance some on the adapter to clear the pan on the 4l80e.
Used factory crossmember & poly mounts.
Really depends on what parts...
There is a return fuel check valve in the fitting on the IP.
You have a leak some where, I just went thru this on an m936a2.
I believe there is a check valve on the lift pump also.
