I'm no expert, but I did recently paint my MV with Behr 383 CARC green. Your two doors look similar to my truck color. Question: How old is the paint-job on the body of your truck? It could be that the military paint has faded and looks lighter. Just a thought.

With my failed search for a decent steel hardtop at a 'reasonable price', I've been thinking about doing a project like this. Though I'm much more skilled at building with fiberglass materials... especially at points such as the rear corners... I really like what SirKen had been doing here...

Wondering what type of driver seat will you have in the (new to you) M35A2? If it is the original seat, you'll have a much more difficult time driving extra miles. If you'll have a comfortable 'truckers' seat... it will be easier to do more miles. Also, I recall you mentioned that your wife was...
