My friend is putting a 5.9 cummins in a deuce frame right now. He's using a cummins #3925223 sae#3 flywheel housing. A cummins #3935205 sae#3 flywheel and a Napa #MBI RC2077136X clutch. The 4bt and 6bt share the same flywheels and housings.
Power washed on sat. Knocked off all of the loose paint then sanded and primed rust spots. After that painted it with a gun on the green and black. Brown is rattle can.
I mounted a boost and pyro guage in the dash. I ended up moving the heater control cables so I could keep the guages together. I just need to paint them now.
Are you planning on adding any more supports to the frame extensions. I was just worried with not having cross members on the extensions they will flex a lot. I know you can't block off flow to the radiator maybe some x braces on the bottom and plates on the sides. Wouldn't want the front mount...
