Mine were on the bottom and I flipped them for better lighting. Recently I bought a set of 7" round lights that take a H4 bulb. The difference was so great I returned the headlights to thier original position. ~ Pappa-G [2cents]
For your wiper arms go to napa and get part number 60-750, it has a new arm and adapter for modern (read as: working) wiperblades. The kit cost @ $16.00 +/- for each arm. Best of luck with the DUCE Fred! [thumbzup] ~Pappa-G

Disconnect the pipe at the joint above the heat shield and take a grinder to the flange welds reweld the flange to a section of 3" ID pipe ( I used a 5' section to get above the box on mine) throw a rain cap on ($7.50 at the local farm store, get the 3.5" one.) bada bing you is dun!! For more...

As far as I know only the turbo is different. The C is refered to as a "whistler" and they do.The D is supposed to make a little more power though. [2cents] ~Pappa-G

I own a DUCE. I have owned a M715 and a load of flat fender jeeps. I have wrenched on fighter jets, trainers and cargo pigs. Currently I work on OH-58's helos. As for the BEST I would say in the fixed wing catagory C47 Dakota. With a C130 Hercules a very close second.

Check to see if you have 24 v at the alternator when the ignition is on( at the smaller wire ). I picked up a M35 and its alternator was wired wrong. Check the schematic in the Technical Manual.
