Excellent! Glad that all went well for you. As for paint, I have had excellent results with Rodda acrylic latex, custom brewed up for me at the Redmond store. I can get the paint numbers for the 383 green if you like. Tim can mix up anything with the computer and an eyeball. I found that the...
We had a great time with a few vehicles, a really nice firearms display, and lots of good folks at the American Legion Hall in Carnation, WA on June 3
Some regular Army folks stopped in when they drove by on their way somewhere.

Thanks for coming so far to be a part of it, Redrocket! Very nice to meet you, too. Enjoyed meeting Erich very much. Loved seeing the Ural side hacks. Now I may have to buy one. Very cool, indeed. The show chairman is going to send me links to pictures people took there and I'll share them...
Forgot to mention that there is a big big parade on July 4th in downtown Bothell. It's about a mile long route. Bazillions of spectators, too. Ten deep, most of the way. I think Michael Weireman is in charge of the mil part of it. I can get you his contact info if you want.

Ten Roger, good buddy, and welcome to the group. We're almost neighbors. I'm a Duvalian, myself. Hey, bring it over to the Duvall Safeway this Saturday for the big car show! I'll have a couple of rigs there and I know some other green rigs are coming out for it. 240 classic cars at last year's...
I was able to remove the reflective tape pretty well with a razor blade in a holder. It didn't damage the paint much at all. It did leave the glue behind, but diesel takes that off ok. I'm going to repaint, anyway.
The Husky is owned by Jason Ball. It's a very cool ride. I have a video of the Hellcat loading onto the M872A1 trailer if I can ever figure out how to upload it. The event was major lots of fun. There was even a WW1 Liberty Truck running and driving, there.

Ok, Here is the link to another...
It might be a good idea to replace the other bolts, seeing as how the gorilla that tightened that broken bolt also tightened the other related ones, too.

Are you sure that the one that was in it when you got it was the correct resistor? Isn't the M872 a 24v trailer? Why is there a resistor anywhere? What are you towing it with? Please describe the electrical system, what voltage bulbs are in it, etc. Happy to help, but need more info.
Jim
Dang straight, you're welcome with the bike! Love to have you come up for that. We have a special area on the grass, directly on the south side of the Safeway. You won't be able to miss us. I'd love to go for a ride in the side car, too. Welcome aboard!
Jim
Thanks, gents. I'm looking forward to meeting some SS folks. I met one of the SS people at Arlington, last year. He had a 5T wrecker with the boom up in the air. Cool ride. His name escapes me.
Jim in Duvall
I'm new to this board and want to announce a huge classic car show in Duvall, WA on June 2. They are asking for military vehicles. There will be trophies and our own category. The event is to support prostate cancer research. Entry donation is $20. Last year there were 240 cars there. It pretty...
