I have an '86 M35A2C2 (Air Force) truck that is not equipped with a slave port. Metal blank was never removed from the cab.
I guess the Air Force never thought they would need a jump....
Welcome from Kentucky. A '71 Ironhead needs to be worked on also, to keep it rolling. These trucks are very easy to maintain, you may need to procure larger tools.

Try Googling the part number, it will take you to a connector supplier web sight, most supplier site then have a ITT Cannon and Amphenol charts for pin configuration, cross reference and mating assemblies.

The oring is under the square washer, which is under the bolt head, the square washer seats in a square recess. Ensure it is seated properly or a air leak will develop.

A new single edge razor normally does the trick. Not sure about "soft" glass. Mirror Glaze makes a clay bar for overspray/detail work. Works great on auto finishes and glass.
