The witch's brew described above (ATF & Kerosene) works. Put several ounces in each cylinder and wait a day or two. Do not put the plugs in. Work the engine back and forth slowly w/ a breaker bar. Once it frees up, use a ratchet bar to turn it over in the direction of normal run. Watch the valve...
The brake light on the dash in to indicate the parking brake is engaged. Same light on the M35A3. It does not indicate brake system failure (low brake fluid reservoir).
I transferred to Louisville, KY in 1983 w/ work. Our ramp was next to the KYANG ramp and they had a squadron of RF-4s. Everyday they flew and everyday we got an airshow. They would leave in smoke and flame and return with drogue chutes and occasional tail hook extended and arresting cables...
Google, "Bell UH-1H for sale" some real nice ones listed w/ Controller. Half a million gets an airworthy "Restricted/Experimental" bird. For a little less than a mil. you can have one to fly the family around in. Might buy a lotto ticket on the way home.....
It looks good, a little nose low is fine. Once you add cargo/contents to the trailer the rear will come down a little.
Remember to keep at least 2/3s the weight in front of the trailer axle to prevent wagging the trailer. Those are great trailers for all around use.

Kentucky has done the same, revised statute to include the definition of "surplus military vehicle" to the VIN verification document/form. this will alow HMMWV to get an road use title.
