According to the tech manual, the bracket to block bolt is a M8x1.25x20 Is this a bolt or a stud ? I have seen some pictures they show a stud and a nut instead...

M108 (I already have 2 M1008s btw)... This truck is in completely original unmolested condition it was decomissioned 20 or more years ago and has one owner since then. He wants for it 6500€ a bit neg... I am in Slovenia , truck is in Italy

I found a good M1008 still with the gasser engine! What is the common issues on these engines (carb,fuel pump and fuel tank comes to my mind). Any special places I have to pay extra attention ? Also what batteries are the correct ones ? GG

Hello ! I am trying to find out the colour code that the restored winches are painted (also some new in GL)... Any help it will be great.

I am not sure on these engines but we install new precups in VW AAZ engines with the way you desribe w/o issues. GG

I know very well what means relocated for work (1100 miles to be exact!). Lets hope it is just incorrectly assembled w/o any parts damage...

I never seen one with a full set of 4 mounted:-) I now have two trucks and guess what no shackles at all! Some say you can use from a Deuce but these are not the correct ones as they are angled... They are one of the most hard to find part of the CUCVs...

They want to part it out to sell the axles and the engine... I pay this ammount and they give me the whole truck :mrgreen: Missing items : Radiator Both alternators Front headlight and cover engine oil/breather cap battery terminals glow plug controller and harness air filter housing rear...
