It depends on if you want a floater or not. If you just want to drive it, you can start off with a pretty bad hull. If you want a floater, get the best you can!
Some parts are hard to find, so if you can grab them for parts, perhaps you could part them out to make some money for a better hull...

It was listed as a 1993 with 132 miles and 69 hours. That will change as I bring it almost 100 miles home. The site manager said it needs new batteries, but is good to go...
I was able to drive Kevin Kronlund's before his passing. It has since gone to American Airpower Museum in NY.

Sounds like the normal sound of air from the application of the parking brake exhausting out the air intake. Do you hear the same noise when you apply the parking brake while the truck is running and you have you head outside the driver's door near the intake?
