Thanks I found the generic spec toward the end of the Tm (page D 2)I forgot they have that page in there. It does tell you toward the beginning of the Tm where that page is so you did get me there so thanks very much:-D
One thing that I couldn't seem to find was the torque specification for the 8 bolts that hold the steering to the kingpin(4 top & 4 bottom) maybe I wasn't looking in the right TM or the right spot? So if someone could direct me to where that specification is in the TMs or else ware I would...
Yesterday I pulled the front axle seals. Here are a couple pictures 1 of axle tube after seal removal before final clean up and one of what I used to do the job.Note seal and retainer are on the tool in the photo.
I need to go through whole post but I saw something about not having to disassemble else were on the internet so thanks for bringing that up. I skip a head to see the latest info as I'm a bit tired but need to go back tomorrow to look at the rest
.
yes a good set of 11.00 in the future is the plan speaking of bobbed trucks a 5 ton with just one set of duals would be a pracitail setup for someone I think but I think a little outside the box sometimes.
Are you running 8 in the rear or just 4? I plan on running 11.00-20 3 season eventually and some 9.00-20(not stock) winter not on tundra mostly roads maybe not always good ones. People think singles are better than duals or vice versa both have there pros and cons and it depends on what your doing
I run power king super traction hd 9/20 for winter driving it's about a 40" tire u can get from a few places I tell u where I got mine if ur interested and can't find them
I'll answer my own question as I just got a positioner and a equivent tool. UH2-5 is the positioner here r some pics of both the crimper and positioner and I will post some picks of the quality of the crimps as soon as the connectors and prestalite wire comes in
This switches light is only rated for 14 volts so it can't be hooked directly to a 24v system. I think the company you linking to is good as they are giving me a refund because of that
