    just to piggy back on this thread. If you are trying to get a title on a 101 trailer you may find it difficult no matter how much paperwork you have. Texas will not issue a title to any trailer with a GVWR of less than 4k. I have tried on 5 different m101a2 trtailers and they wont issue one...
