Post up some pics. I'm doing a cummins 4bt swap in mine. I'll be using a spice trans from a m35a2 and a transfer case from a WWII cckw. I have thought on a bit on the pedal issue but that's down the line. Good luck. [thumbzup]

Car show mainia seems to rampent these days. Eveytime my father puts his 65' cobra in a show the front seat is littered with flyers to other ones. Pick and choose, good advise. I'm already getting invites for my M211 when its finished.
Looks like you had fun and thanks for sharing.
Great build and well done on the fab! You said you would be using it to pull boats and vehicles out of the water. Do you or will you being doing a bunch of this and what has been the reaction down at the lake? Vids of that would be wonderful. Again great build!

Roger, roger.
I took my airpack off about a month ago along with most of the lines for replacement. I'm glad I found this thread. I had read a while ago that kits weren't available and so I had jsut resigned myself to getting a "used c1" one. Great stuff on the 5 ton kits. Thanks!
Ford,
Well said sir and welcome to the site.
I couldn't agree more. Just look at the crazy sports fans. You can go overboard in anything. :cookoo:
Welcome and post some pics of that deuce we know your going to get!:driver:
Don't know about the size but I just bought 13 for my M211 from napa. Same length and size for about 23 bucks. Had them on the shelf. Now onto total brake line replacement...aua
So the driver of the truck just happened not to see your vehicle that was directly in front of him? Did he blame it on the green paint belnding in?
Sorry that it happened and I hope you can get it worked out.
Joseph,
Just saw this! Thanks and I had a great time.
Already tracking down parts left and right to get the truck working and I found out that it was indeed a firetruck stationed right here in our fair town of Albany. Found the old owner and he was estatic that I'm restoring it.
Again...
Can't think of his name but he was nice guy. He plans on making a suburban type of truck out it. Four doors and a rear enclosed cab behind it. His brother owned the singled deuce with the custom flat bed with the receiver built in.
