I think that is a great cause and your truck looks outstanding. Anything we can do to promote our hobby and help out others is worthwhile. What size tires are on your duece anyway?
Once you get past the rivets it's all down hill. And if you have a second set of hands that can handle the punch and bfh while you take care of the torch, they are not all that bad. Good luck and keep the pictures coming.
They are marsh wheels, I got them from ranchhopper along with the tires, truck and trailer. Everyone here has been alot of help in this project. Thanks.:!: And you guys have given some great comments.
Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I promise you that my M37 won't ever turn pink and I have the green in my garage if we ever lose funding for it. They are even talking about putting this on display at the state fair to promote the program. Do you think the State would like to buy a...
It is for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Proram and just about killed me to paint over the green. I have it parked in front of my office right now and I'll bet we had more calls about it today than that stupid swine flu thing. I love the "Hello Kitty" comment. I wish I would...
Well here are the final pictures of the bobbed duece in pink. I know I will take a beating on this but my funding source required it. I think it will stand out enough in a parade to do its' job. Be honest and tell me what you think.:!:
I really like the flame idea and wish I had the talent to do that. I know I will probably be banned from SS but my duece gets painted PINK CAMO this weekend. It is going to be used as a parade vehicle to promote awareness of our breast cancer program here at work. It may be pink but I...
Well we got the bed off and wheels home along with the M105. Got those nasty rivets gone and down to one axel now. The pictures aren't the best but I tried. Hope to get the back axel mounted this weekend.
I have the bed off the duece and will have it on a trailer and ranchopper will be bringing me a 105 to take back on the trailer. I would need a crane or tractor or something of that nature.
