I can't seem to build much presure in my air system on my M54, it builds around 15 psi and thats it. I pulled apart the air govener and cleaned it and reinstalled it but it still won't build more than 35-40 psi? I looked through the manuals that I down loaded but neither one explains the air...

So who won what? I lost out on 818, but after looking around for a trucking company to get it to WI I figure I'll buy one closer. I know there's some coming up for auction in IN soon so I guess I'll wait for them.

When I bought mine the blower didn't work, I started the truck turned the blower on and took a reading with a multimeter at the blower motor. I had 12+ volts I drove to Napa and got a replacement. I think it was $28.00. Take your old blower motor with you when you go if this is your problem...

Can you loosen the upper roller and lift the boom up a few inches and crib it up, then bring the boom down slowly to take the weight off the bottom rolllerand try to insert the bolts. Having never worked on one it may sound good but I'm not sure how fesible it is. Chad
