    Boarding ladder

    I've had the ladders for my deuce and 105 trailer since the start. There's been men, women and children in the back at parades that I know would never have been there, were it not for those ladders. I'm sure in time you'll find that no matter the price, it was and is worth every penny.

    Here's what I put on the ground side of mine to keep things safe. When the green knob is unscrewed the connection is broken, which turns everything off. It also saves the batteries when not in use. Check it out at Frank's Surplus on e-bay $9.95 and they're great people to deal with also.

    Very nice....looks ready to go, enjoy. Question on the tires. Do they have directional tread? I see one front is one way and the other is oposite. What I can see of the rears it may be the same there also, just curious. Like the look of them too.

    HT, it was a Depot (outside) repaint and they were both sanded. Lots and lots of sanding. That job was done by Dave and his men at Eastern Surplus. :roll:

    The 'Yellow Nose' was used by the 8th. Transport Group in vietnam starting in 1968. Their Company Commander could then tell which trucks were his when he flew over the convoys in the CC chopper. The yellow top on the gerry can signafies diesel fuel, I just made it the same color as the nose...
